I am dedicated to helping people (including myself) fulfill their potential. That includes individuals, groups, organizations - and, quite possibly, the world.

I recently moved to the the New York City area, and will be studying at Milano the New School for Management & Urban Policy, come January 2008. I'll be studying organizational development, with the aspiration of helping non-profit organizations and their employees to live their potential.

I'm also very interested helping people who face great challenges to come to understand and harness the power they have to transform not only their lives, but the lives of those around them. Called vulnerable, oppressed, victims, or alienated - I am convinced that these people are a potential goldmine of strength and leadership for a time coming when a tremendous resource of such qualities will be needed - embedded within the population, not just among the figureheads of society.

I started a pod here on Zaadz a little while ago: Awakening the Soul at Work , where we share challenges, successes, insights, techniques, resources relating to bringing one's personal truth, intuitive self, and enlightened aspirations to the workplace. I recently transferred the ownership of this pod who has the time and motivation to cultivate it, and so I encourage you to check it out!
